Welcome to MikeTouch. Please carefully read and fully understand the full text of the "MikeTouch Privacy Policy" before using or continuing to use MikeTouch products and/or services, and use/continue to use only after agreeing to all contents.
MikeTouch is a tool platform independently developed and operated by Chengdu Yiduoke Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "we" in this policy) that professionally provides various types of bulk messaging and business message push and reception services. Before using MikeTouch, please read this policy carefully, which explains how MikeTouch will collect, store, use, and disclose your information. We will provide services to you after you check "Agree." Your check of agreement or your use of MikeTouch shall be deemed as your authorization and consent for us to process the information you provide in accordance with this policy. In order to fully understand this policy and the terms that may have significant implications for your rights, we have highlighted them in bold font to draw your attention.
Based on newly enacted laws and regulations or the necessity to optimize product services, we may modify certain terms of this policy at any time, and such modifications constitute a part of this policy. If you do not agree with the new policy content, you may stop using MikeTouch.
If you do not have full capacity for civil conduct due to age, intelligence, or other reasons, please read and judge whether to agree to this policy with the accompaniment of your guardian (hereinafter referred to as "guardian").

1.1 When you register a MikeTouch account, you need to provide a mobile phone number and email address to create a MikeTouch account, which is a necessary condition for you to log in and use MikeTouch.
1.2 When you use MikeTouch services, to ensure your normal use of our services, maintain the normal operation of our services, improve and optimize our service experience, and ensure the security of your account, we may collect and use information such as your device model, operating system, unique device identifiers (such as IMEI, device serial number, OAID, MEID, Android ID, IMSI, GUID on Android, and IDFA before iOS 14.5 on iOS), installed APP information or running process information, and login IP address.
1.3 Third-party services in MikeTouch services are provided by external third-party entities, and MikeTouch cannot obtain the information generated when you use such third-party services.
1.4 Please note that the users of MikeTouch are senders and recipients of information and business messages. We only provide technical support to them and do not assume any responsibility for any problems that may arise during their use of our products and services. Without their authorization, we will not collect, use, transmit, process, or share your personal information beyond the scope authorized by laws, regulations, and this policy.
2.1 We strictly comply with laws and regulations and agreements with you, and use the collected information for the following purposes. If it is necessary to change the purpose of information collection and use due to business and functional needs, we will explain it to you again and obtain your consent again:
(1) We will use the personal information collected according to the provisions of this policy and for the realization of our services or functions.
(2) For the stability and security of the service, we will use your information for identity verification, security prevention, fraud monitoring, prevention or prohibition of illegal activities, risk reduction, and archiving and backup purposes.
2.2 Without your consent, MikeTouch shall not disclose user information to third parties for profit unless:
(1) You allow us to disclose user information;
(2) There are legal requirements from relevant laws, regulations, or administrative rules requiring us to disclose your user information;
(3) Judicial or administrative authorities require us to disclose your user information based on statutory procedures;
(4) For the protection of intellectual property rights and other property rights, it is necessary to disclose your user information;
(5) The commercial information you post infringes upon the rights of third parties or third parties complain that the commercial information you post infringes upon their rights;
(6) In emergency situations to protect the personal safety of other users and the public, it is necessary to disclose your user information.
3.1 In accordance with legal requirements, we will store the user's personal information collected domestically in China. If the location of your personal information storage is transferred from China to overseas, we will strictly follow the requirements of the law.
3.2 We will use security measures to store data. The storage period of data shall strictly comply with the provisions of laws and regulations. The minimum period shall not be less than 6 months. After meeting the service purpose, the data shall be deleted or anonymized within a reasonable period, unless an extension of the retention period is required or permitted by law.
4.1 With your acceptance of Cookies, MikeTouch will set or access Cookies on your computer and related mobile devices, so that you can log in or use MikeTouch platform services or functions that rely on Cookies. We use Cookies and similar technologies mainly to ensure the security and efficient operation of products and services, and improve product services and user experience.
4.2 You have the right to choose to accept or reject Cookies. You can refuse to accept Cookies by modifying your browser settings or setting to reject Cookies on your mobile device. However, if you choose to reject Cookies, you may be unable to access certain network services or features of this application that rely on Cookies, and therefore, you may not get the best service experience, but it will not affect your use of other service functions by us.
We strictly limit the sharing of personal information in accordance with legal requirements. In principle, we will not actively share your personal information with third parties or transfer your personal information to any company, organization, or individual, except for the following circumstances:
5.1 With your explicit consent, we will share your personal information with other parties.
5.2 In order to ensure the realization of certain independent functions and allow you to use and enjoy more services and functions, we will embed third-party SDKs in the application, and we will carefully evaluate the purpose of using such SDKs. 6.1 MikeTouch attaches great importance to information security and compliance management. We comply with legal requirements, adopt high industry standards, implement high-level security and encryption strategies, and protect personal information through a dedicated data security department.
6.2 MikeTouch encrypts user personal information for storage and isolates it through isolation technology.
6.3 We hold security and privacy protection training courses to enhance employees' awareness of the importance of protecting personal information.
6.4 Despite the reasonable and effective measures taken and compliance with the standards required by relevant laws, MikeTouch still cannot guarantee the security of your personal information when it is communicated through insecure channels. Therefore, users should take active measures to ensure the security of personal information, such as regularly changing account passwords, not disclosing personal information such as account passwords to others, and not using insecure network logins. Please understand and be aware that due to technological limitations and limitations of risk prevention, various unforeseeable situations may occur. When accessing systems and communication networks used by MikeTouch, problems may occur due to situations beyond our control. Any operation performed and instructions issued using an account and password are considered to be made by you personally. Any risk and loss caused by your account, password, and other information being counterfeited, stolen, or illegally used shall be borne by you. Once you find that your MikeTouch account and password have been or will be leaked for any reason, please contact us immediately so that we can take corresponding measures. However, we shall not be liable for this until we know about such situations and take action within a reasonable time.
6.5 Various risks of information leakage always exist in the network environment. When accidental events or force majeure circumstances cause your information to leak, MikeTouch will do its best to control the situation, promptly inform you of the causes of the event, security measures taken by MikeTouch, proactive security measures you can take, etc.
7.1 During your use of MikeTouch, you can operate on the account information you provide, such as accessing, correcting, or canceling your account.
7.2 You can log in to the registered MikeTouch account and conduct various types of bulk messaging and business message pushing and receiving in accordance with the law.
7.3 If you wish to cancel your account, please use the MikeTouch app and proceed to Account Information section for account cancellation. Upon completing the necessary information verification, we will promptly cancel your account. Please note that account cancellation is irreversible. Once your account is cancelled, MikeTouch will immediately delete all information related to your account and ensure that this information is not disclosed. Additionally, you will no longer be able to access MikeTouch services through the cancelled account.
The following clauses should be carefully read by underage users (especially children under the age of fourteen) with the accompaniment of their guardians, and the decision whether to accept or reject this policy should be made after the guardian fully understands:
8.1 We attach great importance to the protection of personal information of minors. According to the relevant laws and regulations, if you are under the age of 18, you should obtain the written consent of your parent or legal guardian before using MikeTouch services. We will protect the personal information and privacy of minors in accordance with the requirements of relevant national laws and regulations such as the "Law of the People's Republic of China on the Protection of Minors." If you or your guardian do not agree to use our services according to this policy or provide information to us, please immediately stop using our services.
In particular, if you are a child under the age of 14, we will strictly follow the requirements of the "Regulations on the Protection of Children's Personal Information on the Internet" for information storage, use, and disclosure.
8.2 If you are the guardian of a minor, when you have any questions about the personal information of the minor you are guarding, please send an email to "support@mikecrm.com" to contact us.
In order to ensure your user experience and ensure that you can receive push messages from the client when the application is closed or running in the background, MikeTouch will automatically start on your device. This will be achieved by regularly sending broadcasts by the system to wake up the application for automatic or associated startup operations to meet the necessary requirements for realizing various functions and services.
If you have any complaints, suggestions, questions about personal information protection, or any questions about this policy, you can contact us through the following methods. We will review the issues involved as soon as possible and reply within 10 working days after verifying your user identity: "support@mikecrm.com".
11.1 In order to provide you with better services, we will update the terms of this policy according to the product updates and the relevant requirements of laws and regulations. These updates will constitute a part of this policy. Without your explicit consent, we will not reduce the rights you should enjoy according to the current effective policy.
11.2 In case of updates to this policy, we will notify you through APP client push notifications or other reasonable means, so that you can timely understand the latest version of this policy.
11.3 We will mark the latest update time of this policy, and the update will take effect upon publication.
When you have any disputes with us due to the implementation of this policy, both parties should first negotiate and resolve them amicably; if negotiation fails, they can submit them to the People's Court of Jinjiang District, Chengdu, where MikeTouch is located for litigation resolution.
