How to enable notification permissions?
When you install MikeTouch Global for the first time, the app will request permission to "Send Notifications." Please make sure to allow this so that you can receive important updates and alerts without missing anything.
How to subscribe to message channels?
o subscribe to a message channel, you have three convenient options:
- Use the search feature in the app to find the channel by its name.
- Scan the QR code for the channel directly.
- Link MikeTouch to your MikeCRM account to automatically subscribe to MikeCRM and you can receive New Submit notifications in the app.
How to set up MikeTouch ID?
Your MikeTouch ID serves as your unique identifier in MikeTouch and can include Chinese, English, numbers, or common characters. Keep in mind that once you create your MikeTouch ID, it cannot be changed, so it's important to choose a name that best represents you.
How to unsubscribe from message channels?
If you want to unsubscribe from a message channel/account, go to the message account details and here's what you can do:
- Select "Unsubscribe" to stop receiving updates from a specific channel.
- Select "Unsubscribe from this Official Account" to stop receiving updates from this message account.
Don't worry—unsubscribed message channels/accounts are saved in your "Subscription History." You can revisit this list anytime to resubscribe if needed.
How to use message bookmarks?
Bookmarks in the message list are a helpful way to keep track of your reading progress. You can activate the small icons between messages to set a bookmark. Once a bookmark is set, all messages below it will appear "grayed out."
To quickly return to your bookmark, simply tap the bookmark icon in the bottom-right corner of the screen. The app will scroll to your saved position, making it easy to pick up where you left off.
